I can. I'm Irma Brainard, a Weichert Realtor based in Rockaway Borough, and I've represented sellers across Morris County and North Jersey since 2017.
How do you decide what my home should list for?
I compare your home to recent sales and current competition in your town, adjust for condition and updates, and walk you through the range and the strategy before we set a price.
How do you prepare and market my home?
I come through with a staging eye (I spent years as a Broadway and TV costume designer) and give you a room-by-room prep list. Then professional photos and video, targeted online ads, social media and the MLS.
Do you help with short sales?
Yes. Short sales are one of my specialties. I work with your lender through the approval process.
What does my town require before closing?
Many NJ towns require a certificate of occupancy or smoke/CO inspection before closing. My town guides list the requirements for Rockaway Borough, Rockaway Township, Denville and Randolph.
